Professional Christian Counseling

At Day One, we have five professional counselors who work with clients on a variety of issues, including:

Our typical counselor is Masters-level with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Each counselor has various strengths and new clients are often introduced to a particualr counselor depending on the client's particular area of need. New clients should contact Day One directly.

We also offer topic-focused support groups facilitated by a counselor or trained facilitator.

Day One Ministries provides periodic seminars in conjunction with Altoona Regional Health System. We offer Continuing Education Credits to professionals who attend these seminars, which cover a variety of topics. Seminars are announced by Altoona Regional and on the Day One website.
